Packages are collected from DOT Made premises and delivered to pick-up points for customer collection. This includes services like Pargo Click and Collect, Postnet, BobBox, and DOT Made local pick-up points.

- Time Frame: Initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Cost: The first exchange is free; subsequent exchanges are billed at R100 each.
- Eligible Situations:

- If you want a different item.

How to Track Your Order

You will receive an email notification with package details and an estimated delivery time, along with a tracking code to track your order on the Pargo website.

Postnet
Provide details of your nearest Postnet at checkout. We will send the waybill details once the package is dispatched. Track your order on the Postnet website.
